THE J. JOSEPH GARRAHY JUDICIAL COMPLEX Providence, RI Architect: Robinson Green Beretta Corp. This seven story building in downtown Providence houses courts, offices, detention areas and a parking garage. It was constructed using steel frames and precast floor systems, with exterior masonry walls. |
